Adhesives and Sealants-Typically used to seal or bond substrates together as an assembly. Silicone Solutions offers a multitude of products in this category to give our customers the widest selection possible. These products are available in both thixotropic (paste like) and self-leveling (flowable) consistencies. Oxime, Acetoxy, and Alkoxy cure systems are available with working times from 4 minutes to over 1 hour.  Silicone Solutions also has the capability to customize any of our products that do not meet your requirements. Some unique abilities in our product line include: bonding through oil, high strength silicone to silicone bonding, selective adhesion, extreme high temperature resistance, gasoline resistance, adhesion to plastics (including Polystyrene, Polycarbonate, Nylon, and PVC Pipe) adhesion to graphite composites...etc.

Conformal Coatings-Are used to protect rigid or flexible printed circuit boards from environmental contaminents and vibration. Silicone Solutions conformal coatings are low viscosity, one or two part elastomers that utilize either thermal or moisture cure systems. These products have excellent dielectric properties and can withstand temperatures from -60 to 240C.

Encapsulating and Potting-The ideal choice for protecting sensitive electronic components from extreme environments. Silicone Solutions products can withstand temperatures from -115 to 300C while protecting the components from vibration, moisture, and atmospheric contaminents. The Silicone Solutions product line consists of both tin and platinum curing systems in a variety of durometers and cure speeds.

Silicone Gels-Utilized to protect extremely delicate components from vibration and mechanical shock as well as keeping them safe from water and atmospheric contaminants. Silicone Solutions gel products are one or two component, platinum cure system products that cure to form a soft, gel-like elastomer.

Electrically and Thermally Conductive-Specified in applications requiring the transmission of electrical current or heat between the bonded substrates. Silicone Solutions offers a wide variety of conductive silicones enabling the customer to choose based upon physical properties, conductive fillers, price point, etc.
